Who are we looking for?

Academy Of Applied Arts is looking forward to onboarding a highly skilled “Purchase Executive” to purchase products, materials, services on behalf of the day-to-day operation of our business. The candidate will be responsible for doing vendor research, vetting potential suppliers, and negotiating price and contract conditions.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

• Execute and follow up on RFQs with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
• Process purchase orders based on project requirements. Follow up on purchase orders, including monitoring delivery dates.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Ensure a correct goods receipt process.
• Maintain quality control of incoming materials and outgoing products.
• Resolve quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery and uninterrupted parts supply to customers.

What Makes you Eligible?

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics.

Must have:

• Experience in P2P process.
• Global supplier dealing experience.
• Previous experience using SAP.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of international trade regulations.
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
