This 750 sq ft apartment is designed for a young entrepreneur, focusing on a contemporary living experience that feels both functional and expressive. A neutral foundation is layered with bold accents, textured surfaces, and mood lighting to add character without overwhelming the space. The layout is planned to support everyday routines—cooking, hosting, relaxing, and unwinding—while maintaining a warm, modern atmosphere.

This project involves the redesign of an existing residential apartment within a fixed structural framework. The project focuses on creating a calm, light-responsive home planned around site orientation and daily routines. The design prioritizes open planning, natural daylight, and passive ventilation while maintaining clear zoning between public and private spaces. A warm, contemporary palette, controlled material contrasts, and subtle lighting details enhance spatial flow and balance functionality with a calm, lived-in atmosphere.

The Taj Table is a contemporary furniture design inspired by the visual language of Mughal architecture, translating its symmetry, domes, and quiet monumentality into a minimal, functional form. Rather than literal replication, the design abstracts the essence of the Taj Mahal through proportion and balance. A mirrored base is used as a deliberate conceptual gesture—visually “up righting” the inverted form through reflection while poetically referencing the Yamuna River and the reflective water channels of Mughal gardens

This section presents a set of detailed technical drawings developed to translate design intent into build-ready information. It includes wardrobe detailing for one bedroom, complete water supply and drainage layouts for a bathroom, and lighting and electrical looping drawings for a bedroom, focusing on coordination between services and spatial planning. Furniture detailing is also explored through sectional drawings of a sofa and a console table, highlighting construction logic, material junctions, and finishes. Together, these drawings demonstrate an understanding of services integration and practical execution within the overall design framework.

This section showcases a series of renders developed as part of the learning process, demonstrating both Photoshop proficiency and design sensibility. The works include façade visualisations, time-bound interior redesign exercises, a room designed from scratch, outdoor scenes, and material changes applied to existing furniture and fixtures.
